Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to find a clinic, check hours, and call us easily.
What we’ve done
- The site is built and tested against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the technical standard courts and regulators commonly use as a benchmark.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with visible focus outlines and a “Skip to main content” link.
- The menu on phones traps focus while open and closes with the Escape key.
- Images have text descriptions, and icon-only buttons have spoken labels for screen readers.
- The looping video on the homepage has a pause button and stays paused if your device is set to reduce motion.
- An accessibility options button (bottom-left of every page) lets you enlarge text in three steps, turn on high contrast, underline links, use a larger cursor, switch to grayscale, or stop animations. Your choices are saved on your device.
Limitations
Automated scans and on-page tools are helpful, but they are not a substitute for testing with real screen readers (such as NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver) by people who use them every day. Some third-party content, like embedded maps and online bill pay, is provided by other companies and may not meet the same standard.
Having trouble? Tell us.
If any part of this site is hard to use, please call any of our clinics and we’ll help you directly and work to fix the issue.
