WHO NEEDS TO GO TO URGENT CARE?

1. Anyone with a minor illness or injury (non life-threatening) who needs to be seen urgently by a physician but can’t get to their family physician.
2. Anyone who can’t see their family physician due to heavy scheduling, after hours, or holidays.
3. Anyone who doesn’t want to be at the end of the waiting list at the emergency room.
4. Anyone who doesn’t have a family physician.

DO YOU TAKE MY INSURANCE?

We take all major insurances including Medicare, and alternatively we post of our discounted cash prices on the web and in the lobby. We unfortunately do not take Medicaid or Virginia Premier at this time.

I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE. HOW MUCH WILL MY VISIT COST?

We offer cash prices to patients who do not have insurance. Payment for the visit will be collected at the time of service. They are:

Tier I – Basic – $159

A general visit with one of our providers that may require one of the following tests: urinalysis, pregnancy, strep, or mono.
(e.g. General illness, colds, ear infections, sinusitis, sore throats, rashes, and urinary tract infections.)

Tier II – Intermediate – $209

A more in-depth evaluation or treatment that involves: flu test, basic blood tests (i-Stat), EKG, X- Ray, nebulizer treatment, or injectable medication.
*Each additional test/treatment in this category will cost $40.
(e.g. Influenza (the flu), pneumonia, shortness-of-breath, asthma flare-ups, sprains, and migraine headaches.)

Tier III – Advanced – $299

A visit that requires a procedure or more in-depth testing.

DO YOU ADMINISTER FLU VACCINATIONS?

Yes, we do! We normally receive them around October and will administer them until we no longer have anymore. Please call ahead to make sure we have them in stock!

DO YOU DO ANNUAL WELLNESS PHYSICALS?

We are currently NOT accepting family practice patients.

WHAT AGES DO YOU TREAT?

Our doctors are highly experienced in treating all ages, from newborns to seniors.

CAN YOU DO SPORTS PHYSICALS?

We offer physicals for sports, camps, or any other recreational activity. The cost is $35 (unless there are other specific requirements). You may walk-in at any time to have this done.
